Email mattmrobinson@gmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, Munchblocks version and build, the screen you were using, and a short description of what happened.

Please do not attach private recipe text, personal photos, or voice notes unless they are necessary and you intentionally choose to share them. Never send passwords or app credentials.

Recipe import

• Choose Photo, URL or Paste to bring an existing recipe. Describe creates a new one.
• For URL imports, use a complete public https:// recipe link.
• For photos, use a clear PNG, JPEG, or HEIC image; up to four pages are supported.
• If a guide doesn't finish, reopen the saved import and try again. Note the time for support.
• Always compare ingredients, quantities, steps, temperatures, and ready cues with the source before cooking.

Compare the guide with your original recipe. You can correct ingredients and steps before cooking.

Timer troubleshooting

• Allow notifications if you want an alert when a timer reaches zero.
• A timer alert means it is time to check the food; it never proves doneness.
• If a timer looks wrong after relaunching, note the remaining time, start time, and whether the app was force-quit.

Camera, photos, microphone, and notifications

Munchblocks requests each permission only when you use its feature. Review or change access in iOS Settings. Denying a permission should leave the rest of the cooking journey available.

Delete your data

Delete Munchblocks from the iPhone to remove its local app container, including saved sessions and local cook-memory media. For help requesting deletion of anonymous compiler installation records, email support without sending the recipe source.

Munchblocks does not guarantee food safety, allergen suitability, appliance compatibility, or doneness. Follow authoritative local food-safety advice, check ingredient labels, and use appropriate measuring equipment when required.
